Welcome to Zafrani.store, operated by Zaffrani Glow ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is true, complete and accurate.

2. Our products

We sell the 100 percent original Zafrani Beauty Cream, including the 500G Half-KG Mega Pack, for whitening, acne control and pigmentation care. We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the real product, and the texture or shade of a natural, saffron-based cream may vary slightly between batches.

3. Prices and delivery charges

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). At the time of writing, the Zafrani Beauty Cream 500G Mega Pack costs 5999 PKR, plus a delivery charge of 250 PKR, for a total of 6249 PKR. We may change prices, delivery charges and product availability at any time without notice, but a change will not affect an order that we have already confirmed.

4. Orders and Cash on Delivery

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. You pay the full amount in cash to the courier when your parcel is delivered.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed when we verify it, which may include a phone call, SMS or WhatsApp message to the number you provided.
• We may cancel or refuse any order, including orders with incorrect or unreachable contact details, suspected fake or fraudulent orders, or orders placed repeatedly and refused at delivery.
• Please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

5. Delivery

We deliver to every city and village in Pakistan that our courier partners can reach. Delivery times, parcel inspection and failed delivery attempts are explained in our Shipping and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns and replacements

Because our products are skincare items applied to the skin, returns are limited as described in our Shipping and Return Policy.

7. Authenticity

Zafrani.store is the only authorised website in Pakistan to sell the 100 percent original Zafrani Cream. We cannot guarantee the authenticity, quality or safety of products bought from any other website, seller, shop or social media page, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Product use and skin safety

• Use the product only as directed: wash your face thoroughly and apply a thin, even layer, as described on our website.
• We recommend a patch test on a small area of skin before first use. Stop using the product and consult a doctor or dermatologist if you notice irritation, redness, swelling or any other reaction.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical skin condition, or are under medical treatment, please speak to your doctor before using any new skincare product.
• Keep out of reach of children and avoid contact with eyes. For external use only.
• Skincare results depend on your skin type, routine and consistency, and will vary from person to person. Our products are cosmetic products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Zaffrani Glow name, logo, product photos, text and design, belongs to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, placing false orders, or using the website for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the laws of Pakistan that cannot be excluded.

12. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

13. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
